This is a home to many popular monasteries and it celebrates a numbers of monastic festivals throughout the year. The culture of Ladakh is pretty influenced by the Tibetans and area is also known as little Tibet. Buddhism is the main religion followed here.

Depart from Srinagar - Kargil
Arrival at Srinagar, meet and assist, and drive to Leh, with a night halt at Kargil. We continue our drive passing through Dras village-, which is the second coldest place in the world and small hamlets. On arrival, we check-in to the hotel. Kargil - Leh
After early breakfast, we depart for Leh, en route visit Lamayuru monastery built in the 11th century. It is a picturesque monastery perched on a crag overlooking the Indus in a striking setting between a drained lake and high mountains and is believed to be the oldest in central Ladakh.
Upon arrival in Leh you will be checked into the hotel
Today after breakfast drive to visit Thiksey monastery, followed with a drive to visit Sindhu Darshan. Lunch at the hotel
After lunch drive to visit Maha Kali Temple at Spituk monastery and then visit Hall of Fame museum, we end the day with a visit to Shanti stupa and then a optional visit to Leh market.

Leh - Hundar (Nubra Valley) (3146 meters) via Khardong la (5570 meters)
After early breakfast, we will drive towards Northwards across the Khardong La the highest motorable road in the world, after two hours of drive you will arrive at Khardong La, we then further continue our drive to a different landscape. Upon arrival, we check-into the tented camp followed with Lunch.
Afternoon, we set out to visit the Deskit Monastery, which is the oldest in Nubra valley situated picturesque on a hillock. After visiting the monastery we will have an opportunity to ride on a double humped camel along the sand dunes to Hundar village located seven kilometers from Deskit.

Hundar - Leh
Today early morning a walk towards the hundar village followed with a uphill walk towards the ruin castle, where we take a breathtaking view of the entire Shyok valley.
We then walk back to the hotel for breakfast, after that we return to Leh.

Full day for River Rafting
Today after early breakfast, you will be driven to Chilling is a village situated on the bank of river Zanskar, is approximately 1 ½ hours from Leh. From Chilling you will begin a three hour exciting raft with the professionals and end at the confluence at Nimoo. After that we continue our drive towards Sham valley, to spend the overnight at Uley Ethnic Camp, situated on a ridge overlooking the Indus River.

Leh - Pangong Lake
Today after breakfast you will carry our picnic lunch to continue our drive to Pangong Lake, which is the largest and an extraordinary lake situated at an altitude of 4300 meters, it is reached after crossing the Chang la pass (5320 meters) and driving along the dusty track.
Overnight in Tented Camp – Pangong.
Return from Pangong Lake - Leh
After a tranquil experience of camping by the lake side, enjoy the breakfast at the camp site and drive back to Leh.
Leh - New Delhi
Today early in the morning, transfer to the airport to connect your flight to New Delhi, this will be your last opportunity catch the spectacular view of the Himalayan ranges.
